To return a Team Sports Ink product: Prior to returning any products, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com and let us know the problem. Return inquiries will be answered within 24 hours if received during the work week and within 48 hours if received on a weekend. Requests for returns must be made by email to the address above within 15 days of receipt of the product or delivery by coach. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee may be waived at the sole discretion of Team Sports Ink. Customer is responsible for cost of the return freight, except in the case of a defective product. Any item deemed defective will be replaced, and/or repaired and returned to the customer freight paid. The replacement product; the replacement will be the identical stock number, size, and color, unless Team Sports Ink offers and the customer accepts a substitute product of equal or greater value. No refunds or exchanges will be made outside of the warranty period.
All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
TEAM SPORTS INK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURN IT DETERMINES IS UNREASONABLE OR UNWARRANTED.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ON ANY IMPRINTED OR EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
